Meet Coach Lillian

I coach women who want to focus on what matters most. Strength training is the ultimate key to longevity and quality of life.

Stronger bones, better physique, balanced hormones, increased metabolism, better balance and posture. Just to name a few!

You may start because of how it makes you look, but you keep going because of how it makes you feel.

Building muscle mass is the ultimate life hack. The less muscle you have, the more at risk your health is. My passion is to simplify the process for women and help them fall in love with getting stronger!

1:1 Nutrition Coaching

COMING SUMMER 2025!

I'm currently studying for my certification through Precision Nutrition.

My Story

My struggles became my strength—pun intended! I grew up believing I would always be the overweight, slow kid. I cycled through extreme diets and “random” workouts, never finding something that stuck. When I came to know Jesus at 17 years old, I felt a desire to honor God with my body and discovered a new passion for fitness and nutrition. That led me to study Physical Education and Health at Lee University.

Fast forward to 2023: after three pregnancies in four years—two of which complicated my health—I hit rock bottom. I was navigating postpartum depression while caring for a 4-year-old, a 2-year-old, and a newborn. In that low place, I discovered something that changed everything: a sustainable lifestyle built on strength training and macro-based nutrition. It felt like a breath of fresh air in the midst of chaos.

Now, as a certified personal trainer, I help other women find their strength no matter the season. My mission is to make fitness simple, sustainable, and life-giving—not another burden on your to-do list. I believe God wants you to be your strongest self and I'm here to coach you to finding that breath of fresh air while discovering how strong you can be!
