My struggles became my strength—pun intended.

I grew up believing I’d always be the overweight, slow kid. I cycled through extreme diets and “random” workouts, never finding anything that stuck. When I came to know Jesus at 17, I felt a desire to honor God with my body—and that sparked a new passion for fitness and nutrition. I went on to study Physical Education and Health at Lee University and began rewriting the story I thought I was stuck in.

Fast forward to 2023: after three pregnancies in four years—and three major weight loss journeys—I knew it was time to help other women do the same. During those exhausting but refining postpartum seasons, I found what actually works: I used macro tracking to lose weight in a flexible, sustainable way and fell in love with strength training—not just for the physical changes, but because I learned it builds strong bones, supports hormone health, and protects your body long-term.

After my third baby, something shifted. I started focusing on my long-term health and learning more about the importance of having strong bones.​

Now, as a certified personal trainer and nutrition coach, I help women build strength, confidence, and routines that fit real life.

Personal Training Session
Let’s train together at my gym in Cahaba Heights! We’ll start with an initial assessment to talk through your goals, experience, and—most importantly—what you actually enjoy.
Investment: $80 per session or $300 for a 4-session package. Payment is made directly through the gym.
